As a sales manager at Alkaficars, a franchisee of Wheego Mobility, I lead a team of sales consultants, reservation agents, and price controllers to provide high-quality car rental services to customers in Morocco. I am responsible for managing the sales operations, handling customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also collaborate with the franchisee owner and the Wheego Mobility headquarters to develop and implement sales strategies and policies that align with the company's vision and goals.I have a Bachelor of Applied Science in English Language and Literature from FLSH Agadir Morocco, where I developed my communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills. I am fluent in Arabic, French, and English, and I can also speak some Spanish. I have a passion for languages and cultures, and I enjoy meeting and interacting with different people from around the world.
