IT System Support Specialist at Masirah Hospital, Masirah, S.Sharqiya, Sulthanate of Oman (Under contract with Safer Computers, Sur, Oman)Job Summary:-Analysis and Support of Al Shifa 3+ Healthcare Management system (HIMS) and provides opportunities for collecting quality health data that can be shared with participating stakeholders, including patients, across the healthcare Corporation. Duties & Responsibility:# Analysis & support Al-Shifa 3+ Healthcare Management system (HIMS) and third-party system such as Clinical Physician/Nurses module, Lab Module, medical records , pharmacy , medical , Radiology Module, Finance Module etc.#Involved in the implementation of Al Shifa 3+ module at Masirah Hospital during Pre/Post Go live.#Coordinating with DGIT development team for finding solution on major issues from end-users for each module.#Patch Management ,do Patch testing ,reporting issues and analyze user feedback after patches moved to live.#Scheduled and conducted training on providing technical support for desktop Application (HIMS) for Hospital staff.#Providing various statistics report to all Departments/Section as per their requirement#Maintained database tasks like backup, monitoring, start-up, shutdown etc.#Troubleshoots and resolves software, hardware, windows-based operating system, and networking problems.#Support and troubleshoot laboratory information management system (LIMS ) , Dicom , Diagora etc
