If I don’t reply, it’s not personal – I might just be deep in work or recharging.Now, a little about me: I’m part of the Founders’ Office at Sports For All (SFA) (a place full of individuals who wake up with the same purpose everyday!!), working to strengthen India’s grassroots sports ecosystem. My journey here combines a double master’s in Economics, a knack for strategy, and a passion for building systems that are inclusive, sustainable, and impactful.Before SFA (and a few other wonderful jobs), I co-founded the Padding Foundation, where we reached 10,217 menstruators across 40 rural communities and distributed over 30,000 menstrual products. I’ve also worked with Katha to open community libraries, rescued animals in Mumbai, and organised beach clean-ups during Ganpati (Ganpati Bappa Mourya, although I should have started with that) Back in the day, I was an international folk dancer, representing India in festivals abroad. I played chess at the district level, and dabbled in grassroots judo, long-distance running, and cricket. These days, you’ll find me playing table tennis, cricket, and chess – challenge me! You might beat me at first, but I’ll make you sweat. And hiking? I’m all for it, though I’ll admit it’s not quite the same now that I’ve swapped the Munich Alps for Mumbai traffic (But hey, one can dream!).
