-Administrating in VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) for disasterrecovery planning and implementation.-Administrating AS400 (core banking end of day process).-Administrating PR & DR Servers Daily Backups in commvault & Veeam.-Configuring and maintaining Endpoint Central, configuring patchupdates, and troubleshooting issues.-Ensure system uptime and availability, troubleshooting and resolvingissues promptly.-Administrating the Internet Proxy Server.-Administrating branches WAN technologies, specifically FortiGate-SDWAN.-Monitoring the organization's network and investigating incidents.-Provide technical support to end-users and other team members.-Respond to helpdesk tickets and service requests in a timely manner.-Investigate system problems, identify root causes, and implementsolutions.-Perform system diagnostics and log analysis to resolve issues.-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.-Monitor system performance, including hardware and softwarecomponents.-Creating and maintaining system documentation, including-configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
