•Planning, organizing, guiding, controlling and implementing of business IT systems and IT projects to support the ongoing operations of all business units in the company by analyzing business requirements to grow efficiency and profit. •Setting up strategies and company policies (General IT policies and Data Security Policies) which are to be followed by all staff while engaging in customer projects.•Responsible for managing and controlling the ICT procurement, budget in line with strategic objectives of the organization. •Responsible for managing and maintaining the company web site and ensuring all the content are current and accurate as per the company’s guidelines. •Preparing and maintaining procedures and documentation for network inventory, and recording diagnosis and resolution of network faults, enhancements and modifications to networks, and maintenance instruction.•Documenting, archiving all correspondence and troubleshooting, follow up suppliers’ visits and maintenance.•Managing the local IT team, sharing knowledge and provide continuous training to retain knowledge within the company.•Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.•Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client's needs.•Overlooking implementation, administration & troubleshooting of Network and Security Infrastructure including Routers, Switches (Cisco), Firewalls (Checkpoint & Fortinet).•Involved in performance Management of ‘IT’ operations and associated resources (Servers LAN Desktop and Peripherals Management, Network Management, Helpdesk Management, Backup Management, Vendor Management, Asset Management, Change management, Incident management & Problem Management.•Monitor data traffic, incidents and activities of the network in making elegant use of technological research and analytical tools to configure the network to operate its perfect performance.
