This revamping increased the overall system productivity (in sales, development team, and system infrastructure) and attraction to the customer resulting in an annual sales growth of 12.1% in 2018. I am in charge of systems administration, specifically, the product deployment to the production server, server configuration, accomplishing continuous integration. Moreover, I pioneer the retail arm of the platform, developing the core technologies for it. The platform is streamlined to easily introduce and accommodate new products by implementing the SaaS approach.I am responsible for overseeing the growth and functionality of the Limit Management System (LMS). We successfully secured the TechCert Security certificate for the InsureMe Mobile App. As part of my role, I recruited and mentored a junior developer, imparting comprehensive product insights concerning LMS, and implemented an efficient operational support ticketing system.
