I have a team of animators directly reporting to me. I oversee their work with regard to specific projects. I am also responsible for handling budgets and managing finances. Team Lead - August 2012 - January 2014I served as Team Lead overseeing a team of artists and providing guidance to them. I also attended client meetings and had to make presentations in order to win over projects from competitors.Senior Visual Effect Artist - June 2010 - August 2012I started working full time in Alice as a Senior Visual Effect Artist. During this time I had to work in big projects such as, Formula 1 Racing Singapore, Resort World Sentosa etc. I also provided support and guidance to my Junior artists.

Derana TV Station ,Sri Lanka is also Power House (private) Limited While working on TV commercials at Power House, I got the chance to do 3D and motion graphics at Derana TV which is one of Sri Lanka's most popular TV channels. I contributed towards creating the channel ident logo and the main news bulletin opening sequence, which is still used to date. I also contributed towards creating motion graphics and also title sequences for TV programmes.

I worked as a trainee graphic designer and a digitalanimator at Vision Works, which was a production houseproducing TV commercials. I solely created 3D animationcomponents and visual effects for some famous TVcommercials created by vision works
