I am a passionate follower of Christ. I love my job and the ability to serve His Kingdom every day through my gift of administration. I truly enjoy organizing and implementing new process and procedures for the Bath Campus of Grace Church. I love the variety of my job and the ever changing demands of this creative and fast paced office. In addition to my responsibility as the Bath Campus Manager. I am the GraceLINK Manager (Church Community Builder - Master Administrator) for all campuses of Grace Church of Greater Akron. I was a part of the implementation team that helped to migrate our data from our previous database into GraceLINK. I now manage the maintenance of database and train staff on the software. In addition, I help ministries strategically plan how to best use GraceLINK for their ministry, as well as, trouble shoot any issues they are having.

I am the Coordinator for 55+ small groups, including but not limited to: weekly attendance of over 1000 people,scheduling appointments, coordinating training and events, weekly phone calls and placement of new people in groups. In addition to coordinating our small groups, I provide executive assistance to our Pastor of Spiritual Formation. I deal with highly sensitive and personal information with discretion. I also coordinate yearly initiatives for the church and our small groups which required high level organization and attention to detail in a short but intense time period.

The team assistant position is an executive assistant that assists an entire audit team, rather than a dedicated partner or two. The audit team provided services to a major client, my duties included, but were not limited to, meeting the day to day needs of the office and to balance all invoicing and billing. I helped to manage/monitor thousands of hours of billing among many different billing codes. I created and organized all the details of multiple appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for several managers and partners in the firm.

I supported the office in day to day administration. I handled a high volume of calls, scheduled appointments, checked in patients and verified insurance information, handled all payments and insurance issues. I found an error in billing that was resulting in the practice not receiving payments that were due to them. I was able to help institute a better checks and balances between our billing company and the practice.

I assisted Ms Jatich in the day to day running of her real estate office. Some of my duties included: writing of contracts, closing documents and title work, market analysis, excel spreadsheets, word documents, scheduling of appointments and open houses, and creating presentation binders

I held both full and part time positions during this span. I ran a teller window and was then promoted to Office Manager. I ran the daily operations of the branches where I worked. This included, but was not limited to, hiring tellers, reporting the flow of cash on a daily basis to our home office, ordering currency and selling to the federal reserve, business banking, consumer loans, and customer service issues.
