To lead from end-to-end new remote control business acquisition operation in DPS: purchasing, quality, demand analyst, planning, OFR, production, logistics and warehouse/shipping.•SAP implementation in new business unit. Create, supervise and execution of training needs in each functional area within the supply chain: purchasing, logistic, planning, production, warehouse and shipping. Follow-up after go-live and trouble shooting process.•To lead business integration from operational wise. Implementation of Danfoss processes, best practices and standards in all supply chain areas.•Implementation of key Danfoss KPIs in the operation: Safety-Quality-Delivery-Cost.•Develop strategy for succesful launch of new products development in supply chain to the market: Ramp Up & Ramp-Down execution.•Implement and follow up to APQP process guidelines in order to comply with IATF 16949.•Active participation with commercial & marketing areas to create smart forecast and introduction of new products.•Drive cultural change to embed Danfoss behaviors in new operation and team members in new business operation.•To drive portfolio of new projects and correct execution.
