I was part of a team experimenting on different ways to improve the customer experience and the sales process at Netwheels Oy, and in addition responsible for the customer communication.

As a trainee my main responsibilities were assisting in ad campaign trafficking in all the Angry Birds games and channels, managing and monitoring ad campaign delivery and performance as well as generating reports of ad performances.

As a recruitment consultant and the only employee located in Tampere I was responsible for managing the business customer acquisition and the recruitment process. Customer acquisition consisted mostly of cold calling and customer meetings. When managing a recruitment process, I both evaluated and interviewed applicants. During my time at aTalent I learned a lot about B2B sales, starting from scratch without many leads, as well as about the basics of screening CVs and interviewing applicants. I am now also more than familiar with the pros and cons of continuous remote work.
