 Responsible person for the docking repair project management who has authority to make relevant onsite decisions According to CDPL and relevant contract, the Project Manager organizes docking repair project, Responsible for quality, cost, progress control and ship survey re-certification work, in order to achieve project management objectives. Manage docking repair project team, issue relevant project external files. According to docking repair project management system, contract and company policy,the Project Manager is required to review various implementation procedures to ensure the operation is compliant with CDPL’s Management System. It is the Project Managers responsibility to organize daily project meetings, coordinate and deal with major issues between the rig and the contractors. Responsible for the project’s daily and weekly reports, all communications - internally and externally with relevant departments, CDPL and client(s), contractor(s) and subcontractor(s). Responsible for the project completion acceptance report and working summary report Assist the drilling division to carry out any relevant audits

Interface with the rig to support the Technical Support and Modification Request (TSMR) process. This will include the collection of technical data and expediting TSMRs through the review, approval, execution and closeout process. • Act as the rig focal point for asset management, asset audits equipment failure and noncompliance reports, interfacing with the Technical Group to ensure timely resolution and closeout. • Work with HSE to support the development and maintenance of an HSE Case for the rig. This will include the monitoring of remedial actions stemming from the HSE Case process. • Interface with authorities to ensure all communication and reports are submitted as per local regulatory requirements. • Monitor the rig’s class certifications and support measures required to maintain class including follow-up of annual surveys. • Assist in the expediting of equipment critical to safety and equipment uptime. • Collects technical information required for the procurement of capital equipment. • Support the response to customer technical requests for information on the rig and its operation. • Assist and on occasion lead incident investigations into HSE and/or operational incidents. • Support rig proactive initiatives to improve HSE and the rig safety culture. • Work with the rig to ensure the development and maintenance of rig work instructions for key operational procedures. These work instructions are to ultimately be approved by the Rig Manger and posted to the Company Intranet. • Support training coordinator for supervisory and engineer trainees, interfacing with corporate Training Department. • Performance draft budget list for maintenance and the procurement of capital equipment. Provide next year budget list for maintenance and procurement of capital equipment of the rig before July of each year. • Act as the rig focal point to execute equipment repair and upgrading projects.

• Ensure maintenance procedures and work instructions are current and updates using document change request forms. • Reports directly to the Rig Superintendent in the day to day management and Equipment Engineer, long range stewardship of the drilling rig. • Manages the onboard maintenance crew to ensure the execution of planned and unplanned maintenance activities. Manage the stewardship and executions of the rig’s AMOS Maintenance System and ensure the rig equipment is correctly maintained. • Ensures that all maintenance activities are planned and executed under the Permit to Work System. • Manages all third party inspection activities required under the maintenance system and/or regulatory authorities. Audit the quality of third party repair work and report to Equipment Engineer soonest. • Actively participates and prepares rig annual budget items in liaisons with Rig Superintendent, Equipment Engineer and Rig Manager. • Monitor and verify that all third party equipment is fit for purpose and has the required certification and documentation. • Ensure the maintenance system is accurate and reports any modifications to Equipment Manager using the AMOS modification request. • Ensure equipment failures are reported using the EFNCR form. • Review completed EFNCRs for correctness ensuring the Root Cause is identified and also ensures lessons learnt are communicated throughout the rig. • Ensure any proposed modifications to the rig or rig equipment are requested using the TSMR form. • Coordinate maintenance activities with operations to maximize efficiency operations and minimize downtime. • Communicate with personnel to develop their skills and motivation for their current position and next promotional position. • Ensure that maintenance personnel are mentored and competent for their current position.
