This optimization reduced product costs and generated millions of USD in annual profits.

As the Engineer Manager, my responsibilities include:- Managed 50+ employees, and reported directly to the General Director.- Oversaw the entire factory, including maintenance and upkeep of all equipment.- Collaborate with production managers to identify challenges and needs, propose and manage CAPEX budgets, and oversee project implementation to enhance efficiency and production capacity.- Planned and managed annual budgets, overseeing all activities of the factories.- Supported the opening and management of a new factory as the Energy Manager and Production Manager.- Operated and maintained equipment to ensure seamless production processes.Key design projects include:- Cinnamon Cleaning Line: Designed a production line with a capacity of 1.5 MTs/hr operated by 5 workers, compared to the previous capacity of 200 kgs/hr with 10 workers.- Ginger Cleaning Line (2019): Designed a cleaning line with a capacity of 1.2 MTs/hr operated by 5 workers, reducing the previous need for 35 workers.- Cinnamon Grinding Line (2020): Developed a new grinding line with a capacity of 1.2 MTs/hr operated by 5 workers, compared to the old line's 500 kg/hr capacity with 10 workers.- Pepper Cleaning Line (2018): Created a new cleaning line with a capacity of 4.5 MTs/hr, maintaining a stable quality of 0.02% impurities with 6 workers, compared to the old line's capacity of 2.5 MTs/hr with 10 workers and variable quality between 0.1-0.2%.- Pepper Grinding Line: I was the project leader, and designed a new pepper grinding line with a capacity of 1.2 MTs/hr operated by 4 workers in 2023- New Pepper Factory: One of the key people who designed and operationalized a new pepper production facility in the Giang Dien Industrial Zone in 2020, with a capacity of 17,000 MTs/year.
