Passionate about health and attention to patients, especially to the most vulnerable population such as children and the elderly. I am a Registered Nurse and I have worked for a primary health care center for the last six years after spent the first months of my career working in an aged care center. During these years, I have gained a lot of experience facing many different situations as my health care center covers a large variety of topics (from urgencies to regular treatments or even become a massive temporal covid vaccination point). After all these years, I have gained sound medical skills to perform any basic nursing duty such as taking blood pressure, giving medications and assisting other professionals as needed in the care of these patients. I have also the experience needed to notice even the small changes in the patients that could be a sign of distress along with the ability to keep excellent patient records. Based on my experience both in my former employer and in my current health center, I have been also well trained in taking care of the elderly as well as people with chronic disease and even with palliative care needs. For this reason, I feel confident working with any kind of patient and their families.I am a very caring person with lots of patience and a real concern for all of my patients. I am also mentally prepared to handle the emotional aspect of working with tough situations on a daily basis what I think is a critical personality characteristic when working with specific profiles such the elderly.
