• Creating 12 critical standard Looker dashboards with synthetic data generated with python. This allows us to stand up any of these standard dashboards for any new game within just a day, reduces the time to build and implement custom dashboards by more than 95%, saving approximately 92 FTE hours PER dashboard which translates to a cost savings of over $6K per dashboard.• Continued the development of Deep Blue Delta, our AB testing tool, improving its capabilities and functionality for all games. Improvements include a landing page with instructions, faster backend calculations, and a new snapshot page with the results for the selected test, with highlighted significant results and graphs that show the changes over time. It costs less than $1K per month to operate the tool and frees up 2 DS HC for an annual savings of more than $275K.• Developed a Cost of Information diagram with variable KPI targets and budget. The tool calculates probabilities of launching a scalable game under certain KPI and cohort size conditions and calculates the opportunity cost of canceling a game and likelihoods for successful launch.

My work includes:• Deep Player Clustering - developed a stable clustering framework using several clustering techniques to segment players across 5 business critical categories, showing trackable and actionable results long term.• Churn Model - developed a model that can predict 91% of the players that will churn. Initiatives based on the results of this model are consistently reducing 14 day churn by at least 1.5%. • Analyzing A/B testing results taking previous user behavior into account and giving confidence intervals. • Aiding new games with early retention and user behavior analysis.
