I worked in different schools around Girona which made me more flexible and adaptable in different situations. I had to program lessons, design materials, teach students from 6 to 12 and solve different kind of problems. It was a very enriching and satisfying experience.

During this period of time I’ve taught students from 3 to 10 years old. I’ve designed dynamic lesson plans and prepared materials with the aim to learn new vocabulary and structures in a relaxed and funny environment.

I worked for this company during two summers. My job was to prepare different types of activities such as sports tournaments, shows, cooperative games, gymkhanas and sleep-away camps. Moreover, the most important thing apart from preparing interesting activities for the children, was to solve behavioural problems and create a cooperative environment.

During this teaching practice period I was able to observe different levels and teaching methods. However, not only did I observe the courses but also I prepared materials, planned and delivered lessons to all the groups I was with. To succeed in my teaching practice I had to take into account the educational needs and abilities of the individual students as well as the group.
