Resource and Procurement Management: - Management of equipment and consumables purchases, communication with vendors, and advice on equipment selection. - Organization of training seminars and equipment demonstrations, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices. - Implementation of GMAO software for equipment management, with standardized work protocols and laboratory notebook recording. - Coordination of the onboarding process, ensuring a suitable working environment, and providing information about IGTP resources. - Participation in the Biological Safety Committee.2. Administrative Management: - Coordination of work licenses involving Genetically Modified Organisms. - Preparation of unit documentation for ISO9001. - Management of agreements with the Legal Department - Oversight of periodic cleaning of research spaces, furniture, lockers, and first aid kit. - Participation in the Space Committee, responsible for space allocation and optimization for various units, ensuring efficient distribution.3. Emergency Management: - Coordination of after-hours responses to emergency situations involving critical laboratory equipment such as freezers, incubators, and refrigeration. - Emergency head of the building, ensuring a prompt and effective response to any unforeseen circumstances.
