I am a 26-year-old development worker from Batangas province with five years of experience in the development sector. My first job was with an international non-governmental organization focused on advancing children’s rights and gender equality in the Philippines. This experience ignited my strong interest in working with communities to create a better Philippines. As a result, I decided to continue in the development sector and co-founded my own youth-led and non-profit organization, Youth for Youth Inc.
