Project Implicit is an international collaboration and non-profit for research and education about hidden or implicit biases. Our mission is to support and translate academic research into practical applications for addressing diversity, improving decision-making, and increasing the likelihood that practices are aligned with values.

Giving lectures and training on implicit bias, diversity and inclusion, biases in decision-making, and leadership.

I led our board of scientists that supports Project Implicit in fulfilling its scientific research and education mission.

I managed the conduct of scientific research at our website, which has had over 25 million visitors. To better fulfill our education mission, I also lead initiatives to improve user experience and retention.

With dual appointments at the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics (2015-2016) and the Psychology Department (2015-2017)
