Co-authored "Growing the Cleantech Accelerator Ecosystem: A U.S. Industry Analysis" as part of the Cornell Environmental Finance and Impact Investing Fellows program in partnership with Powerhouse.solar. The report is an analysis of challenges and opportunities for cleantech accelerators in the U.S. through market analysis and interviews with key stakeholders including startups, accelerators, non-profits, investors, and corporate sponsors.

Provided direct technical assistance for state governments on public-private partnership (PPP) delivery of infrastructure in the water, surface transportation, public transportation, real estate, and energy sectors. Areas of assistance included PPP delivery models, project finance, value-for-money analysis, procurement design, funding and financing sources, deal flow, and stakeholder management. Authored NGA white paper "Social Impact Bonds: Lessons Learned from the Growth of Public Private Partnerships for Transportation" and co-authored NGA white paper "Social Impact Bonds for Public Health Programs."
