Arrange and attend Technical Meeting with COMPANY, Third Party, Subcontractor and Painting vendors, Raise Technical Query Deviation (TQD)/Site Query Deviation (SQD) and Method Statement (MS) for COMPANY approval if any deficiencies on non-conformance according to Project Specification requirement, Aware McDermott International standard and local environment regulation, Coordinate and discuss with QC and other disciplines related to painting requirements/issues for further handling. Arrange to qualify and certify TSC applicators according to ISO 14918 by Certification body such as TSSEA UK, Raise MR/RFQ coating then conduct TBE & TBT on coating bidders. Raise TQD/SQD to capture if any deviation or discrepancy on Project specification. Provide and conduct PQT prior to start painting production. Coordination and arrange Technical Meeting with Company (TOTAL), Third party and Insulation & PFP subcontractor as well as Vendors. Coordination and discussion with QC and other disciplines related to coating requirement issues for further handling. Monitor and control progressing, coating consumable and man-hours usage to maintain painting production run smoothly and to achieve schedule plan and keep documentation properly.
