Started in the hospitality industry at the age of 15, across a large range of venues from hotels to high-end resorts in locations from Victoria, to Byron Bay and up to the Sunshine Coast. I studied engineering and 3D computer based design however my passion was in the hospitality and service based industry. My journey took me from kitchen and bars to the ins and outs of the supply chain, where I have enjoyed 10+ years of behind the scenes knowledge of what fuels our favorite venues and industry.Sales and supply chain became a passion—I managed key accounts, organized trade events, and even dabbled in updating websites and marketing. Juggling showrooms, warehouses, and managing expansion projects, all complimenting my understanding of the entirety of growth plans and business.Now, in the role of national sales, I’m delving into the manufacturing and product development, importing and facilitating market requirements, aiming to make the hospitality industry more sustainable and a cusumer friendly environment for the next generation.
