Transforming the way Boeing approaches learning by promoting the digital learning platform Degreed. Contributed to the redesign of the Boeing interview training to help our managers more effectively interview and select the right candidates.Enterprise advisor to the employee-led REACH leadership team. REACH is a Boeing Resource Group led by newer employees who volunteer their time to organize career development, networking, and community service events for their region for employees 0-5 years into the company. I developed and revamped Boeing’s Enterprise Mentoring Strategy. I also led the design of the Sr. Executive Mentoring Program, a program that matches Sr Executive Leadership mentors with high potential leader mentees to help expand networks, navigate the company, and facilitate diversity of thought. Enterprise advisor to the employee led REACH leadership team. I provided consultation to Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Boeing Defense Systems, and The Supply Chain Operations function with their talent management strategies and initiatives. This includes executive succession planning, talent reviews, talent management grids, identification of VP high potentials, performance management, career development, and executive talent selections. I also coached new executives through the first 6 months of their leadership transition. I facilitated sessions internally and with external customers on “How Boeing approaches talent management.”

I conducted a learning and development benchmarking study with firms within financial services and outside the industry to explore best practices to guide the L&D strategy for the investment operations group. With this information, I created a formal report of the key findings to distribute to the benchmarking participants and presented trends to HR leadership team.

- As an internal consultant to the finance divisions, I analyzed organizational processes and devised new tools to reduce unnecessary procedures. I led a team of software developers to create the tools, implemented the system throughout our finance organizations, and ensured that my customers were properly trained and fully transitioned onto the new process. - While involved in a enterprise-wide initiative that had previously struggled with buy-in, I led the communication efforts to generate involvement of 650+ financial analysts in the product creation.- As a leader for the 6-Step Group Mentoring Program, I co-led a steering team to develop the strategy, curriculum, and marketing efforts for a Boeing grass-roots group mentoring and leadership program. I also co-founded the program advisory board to create a venue for past program integrators, selected program sponsors, and selected mentors to provide guidance to the current steering team.- I graduated from the BCA Leadership Development Excellence Program, a 2-year highly selective program at The Boeing Company for high potential future leaders (17% acceptance rate). Out of 100 associates, I was selected to serve as the program's professional development lead. In this role, I led a team of 15 associates to work with vendors to provide experiential leadership courses, organize events promote diversity, and create a venue for our associates to learn cross-functional skills from each other.

To achieve cost reductions, I analyzed annual budgets and provided recommendations to project managers and directors.To enhance employee morale for a 200+ organization, I led a 20-member employee engagement team where I coordinated all-employee meetings for the business directors, initiated a job shadow program, and promoted employee recognition.I co-founded and implemented an enterprise-wide wiki that increased and transformed knowledge-sharing and documentation practices. The wiki received on average 3,800+ visits per week in 2012.

I collaborated with 20+ suppliers to negotiate delivery schedules for the 787 airplane production and test parts.I also oversaw a 5-person team to organize networking events for a Boeing college hires organization.
