Assist on month- and year-end closes as well as on ad-hoc requests for Baxter Healthcare SA (BHSA) European Headquarter, Perform various General Ledger-related bookings and duties (e.g. intercompany accruals, investments, foreign exchange, adjustments management)Review and amend policies and procedures related to SOXResponsible for various monthly and quarterly account reconciliations related to General Ledger accountsAssist with preparing various schedules for internal and external reporting

Full responsibility of the entire accounting process for assigned entities incl:Month end and quarterly closings, control, create and release of accruals, revaluations of IC loans and GL ledger, IC reconciliations, bank postings and reconciliation, reporting to HFM.Managing AP/AR incl. Cash Flow Forecast and 3rd party payments, expense process for board and other employees, petty cash, interest settlements for IC loans, following ICS processes, monthly analytical reviews, calculation of management, license and franchise fees, preparations of quarterly and YE audits, direct contact person for audiors, answering questions, providing needed information to them.Joining various Projects:- TMS (Treasury Management System) - FDM (Financial Data Management)- Transition of Finco entity
