Orlando Branch Administrator
Current- Create and edit Geotechnical Engineering client-facing reports/proposals for grammatical consistency and design uniformity.- Submit timecard information and process expense reports for the entire Orlando department field crew.- Organize usage paperwork and upload to our project management system to maintain accurate billing information.- Develop and maintain meticulous logs and records of documentation that filters through the department, such as project files, proposals, AP invoices, etc.My role at Ardaman has evolved significantly since I started, and I have evolved with it. I've created many new organizational systems to manage the new responsibilities (including several that are automated through Excel). Major projects I've overseen include visually redesigning our standard report and proposal templates to align more closely with modern industry standards, which were implemented and are in use to this day. I have also facilitated the company switch to a paperless operation by helping keep cloud documents organized and easy to find. This job has allowed me to gain extreme proficiency with the MS Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
