In France, 1.3% of associations capture 73% of available funds: this is the finding of the 4th edition of the French Landscape Study (2021-2022). Is there a mistake in that statement?! Yet, it's a stark reality. Of course, like any complex issue, the causes are multifactorial, and the data documenting them is scarce. I've decided to make this a strategic focus of my work. For over 10 years, I've passionately navigated between the nonprofit world and the startup ecosystem. At first glance, you might think there's no connection. Yet, there is a common denominator: people. Everywhere, there are codes, castes, groups, because at the heart of every initiative, there are individuals. Before that, I enriched my journey with 13 years of experience at major corporations, notably SFR. Over time, I’ve built expertise in negotiation and qualified networking to support associations, thanks to my background and experience navigating these "two worlds." Today, I’m taking on an ambitious new challenge: shifting the paradigm of nonprofit access to funding. How can small associations fully play their role as social connectors, the glue of a lasting democracy, without mastering their own finances? Why this issue? Because our relationship with money influences our lives and choices, as it does for most of us. My stance, my leadership, is the result of my journey. I share, I demonstrate, I tell the behind-the-scenes stories. I love helping others take control of their lives and achieve their goals. This passion has become a true business model. If I help 10 people who each help 10 more, after 9 iterations, that's a billion. Ambitious, but achievable. Imagine a world where citizens are free to choose, to act, to succeed. These citizens come together in associations to act collectively, working towards a stronger and more equitable civil society. It is precisely these individuals who have transformed my trajectory and continue to influence the lives of many others. These are the people I have the greatest pleasure in serving.
