Helped the development of the project “Tissue-specific mRNA expression patterns of putative temperature sensing ion channels in the newt” under the guidance of Dr. Glenn Tatersall, Dr. Robert Carlone, and the Ph.D. candidate Amanda Adam.The research involved that different background knowledge was combined, for example: Molecular Biology, DNA extraction, Primer’s design, qPCR, chemical and biological samples evaluation, sample precise measurements.

And also promote volunteer activities for the community of Assis.My tasks included taking care of legal, economic and management daily aspects of the company. Also communicate with different departments to organize the resources, and schedules for the development of new projects as well as marketing of the available services for the current customers, and also for possible new clients.

Fellow student PIBIC/UNESP (1-year scholarship) with the project "Comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect of hematopoietic and mesenchymal stem cells in experimentally induced pulmonary emphysema" under the guidance of Dr. João Tadeu Ribeiro-Paes. For this research, I collect stem cells and developed a tissue culture (cell line propagation) to be used as a therapy, also applied microscopy, histology, bio-statistics to evaluate the results. Important experience gained to manage budget, leadership planning and conducing a project, evaluate and manage risks, multi-problem solver and complete a strict schedule.
