I help support development of innovative diagnostic solutions for transplant recipients. Supporting assay development and validation projects, interfacing with cross- functional teams including bioinformatics, biostatistics, data science, clinical and lab operations; and perform molecular biology methods for nucleic acid characterization and applications.

Provides in process quality control, raw material, and final product quality assurance for polymer intermediate production. Analytical data as well as wet chemistry lab testing are utilized to ensure products are of the best specifications in the manufacturing plant. Using guidance from local and international regulators, certificates of analysis are produced and safe practice of shipping products to the customers are completed daily.

I led biofuel research, waste sample testing, and executed protocols to study processes, plant improvement, and wastewater management. Collecting and analyzing data using starLIMS and JMP was a routine activity in this position. I presented data in technical reports and presented findings. I also maintained microscopes, cell cultures, clean room, and incubators according to EPA, FDA, and facility HSEQ regulations. Two of my contributions included:*Trained and mentored seven RAs on protocols, technology transfers, proper microbiological methods, and chemical inventory management. *Worked within a team of eight RAs to implement of 500+ protocols; assisted team through testing, data validation, and export of raw numbers to scientist for analysis.

In this position, I completed water quality and assurance testing on samples in accordance with EPA guidelines. I entered data into a laboratory notebook, organized data, and presented work to managers. My team validated protocols and organized samples in an electronic filing system. I supported state, local, and federal safety and compliance audits. *Preserved 18 cell cultures quarterly with aseptic and MODNR approved procedures; used ELISA for detecting Giardia and Cryptosporidia.
