Colorado Springs, Colorado Area

Cornerstone Collective is a network of students and administrators who produce one short documentary and one short fiction film per month. The objective is to provide students interested in the art of filmmaking with the resources and support to create content outside of the highly competitive filmmaking courses, many of which are reserved for film majors. As founder, I designed a business model for the Collective, and negotiated with on and off campus organizations for funding and support. I worked to construct the cross-departmental network for assembling production teams, and trained department heads in order to delegate work. Beyond administrative work, I supervised on-set production and post-production efforts. Many of the works produced were submitted to the end of the year Colorado College Student Film Festival. The Collective was founded on values of collaboration and communication.
