My time working at the Ministry of Justice has improved on my communication skills as I was required to deal with incoming phone calls for client cases. The calls would either be from defendants/ claimants/ solicitors/ those of a legal profession. I would provide updates to the caller and advise them on the current stance of the court case. This job required me to work diligently, effectively and to a very high standard, ensuring all Data Protection call processes were followed. Due to the nature of the role, I was also required to work very effectively to ensure I could get through as many cases as possible, and on average I would take 25-30 calls per day and would guarantee that the call handling was completed to a high standard for customer satisfaction.

During my holidays from Studies, I was working for Clifton Packaging as an Admin Assistant. My role here required me to deal with clients, both face to face and on the phone.I was also required to prepare for large meetings and presentations, note taking duties and diary management, all of which required great organisational and punctuality skills.My time at Clifton Packaging also had me working on a number of different charity events/projects.
