Senior Product Owner at Drata (in partnership with ArkusNexus)Responsabilities:- Lead multiple Full-Stack Development teams- Prioritize/manage product requirements and tasks in an Agile Environment- Plan & execute development cycles by managing a dynamic scope

* Define the vision and objectives of the FactoryOS product.* Translate business and market requirements into tasks to be executed by the development team.* Motivate and inspire the development team to take full responsibility for the developed product, promoting proactivity and innovation.* Maintain constant communication with key stakeholders (business leaders, internal customers, PMs and the development team) to ensure that the right product is being built and business goals are being met.* Oversee all phases of product development, from idea, testing and implementation to product validation.

* Oversight of the complete product requirements lifecycle, from definition and ideation to launch.* Cross functional role that requires working closely with engineering, marketing, customer support and data analysts for continuous product improvements. * Constant data and KPI analysis to identify business opportunities and possible product improvements. * In charge of overseeing and leading the UX/UI design team to ensure the consistency of the style and brand. * Leader to Jr. PM's, with whom I work closely to ensure their knowledge growth.

* Jr. Project and Product manager. * Creation and launch of new products and processes for the business strategy based on data, both for the bank's internal and end customers. * Consulting and coordination with different areas (architecture, technology, administrative, commercial, marketing, etc.), profiles and hierarchies for the execution of defined actions. * Data and KPI analysis focused on the results of the organization, with the goal of identifying areas of opportunity or possible improvements or developments in existing/new processes or products.

* Creation and launch of new products. * Data and KPI analysis. * Indicator management. * Development of business cases for new products. * Coordination with different areas, profiles and hierarchies for the execution of defined actions.

In charge of teaching CAD softwares: Solidworks, NX and Creo.

* In EYCCSA: - Apply innovation methodologies to bring proposals from supervisors of different areas to reality, studying the feasibility and viability of each of the proposals. - Investigation of government funds or institutions to fund the different proposals of the plant manager. * In HQ: - Follow up on HR proposals. - Support with employee file control.
