His responsibilities include managing production, ensuring proper intake of Hot Metal, coordinating with secondary metallurgy, and maintaining converter equipment.Demonstrates ability to handle challenges, make critical decisions, and effectively manage resources. Has a strong understanding of steel production processes, including BOF and ARS operations & commitment to safety and cleanliness is evident through involvement in area improvement committees.
