OQUALIM is an association whose aim is to provide solutions to help meet health security and animal feed quality challenges. The association coordinates the collective approach by the French animal nutrition sector in terms of quality and health safety of animal feed. It has two main objectives: health security and compliance with both public and private specifications. To achieve these objectives, it has constructed two tools: pooled self-monitoring plans and the certification of animal feed plants with the RCNA (Animal Nutrition Certification Reference).

Representative of Anses for the principal coordination of the platform dedicated to the food chain surveillance (SCA), by delegation from the directorate for food of the French Agriculture Ministry for 3 years. Member of the coordination team in charge of facilitating the working program and preparing the steering comittee of this platform SCA, in relation with the other two national platforms on epidemiology and surveillance for animal health and vegetable health.Coordinator of working groups on Salmonella surveillance and on evaluation of surveillance activities.

Coordination of surveillance activities and lab working targeting chemicals and microbiological contaminant in food, including foodborne outbreak investigations. Development and evaluation of laboratory networks, databases and data quality, for the collection of data useful for risk assessment and risk management.

Representative of Anses for the coordination of the platform, as deputy of the main coordinator from the directorate for food of the French Agriculture ministry. Member of the coordination team.Coordinator of working group on Salmonella surveillance.

Scientific and technical support to develop detection and typing methods suitable for the surveillance and the monitoring of food isolates. Management of lab activities (analysis, research projects) and expertise concerning Salmonella and Listeria.
