As an experienced Harvest and Operational Efficiency Coordinator, I have a proven track record of effectively harvesting blueberries and maximizing farm productivity. With an ODA Consultant License and a range of valuable skills including Yield forecasting, Food Safety, and Quality Control, I am well-equipped to help businesses achieve their goals.Previously, I have worked as the Harvest and Operational Efficiency Coordinator for Agricare, where I coordinated blueberry harvest across 1000 acres and managed both on-farm and off-farm logistics. In this role, I managed up to 23 machines and a 250-person hand-picking crew while upholding the highest food safety standards that correspond with Global GAP. I also created and supported Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for all harvest functions, including training for machine operators, food safety, and daily machine harvester sanitation. My work has significantly improved operational efficiencies by implementing Continuous Improvement and LEAN concepts.Other previous experiences, I worked as a Crop Consultant at Wilbur-Ellis, where I provided general inside sales and agronomy recommendations and increased sales with existing and potential customers. I also provided consulting on integrated pest management and managed logistics for chemical shipments. As the Assistant Farm Manager of C&G AG LLC, I assisted in managing all planting, cultivating, fertilizing, spraying, and harvest operations for over 11,000 acres of wheat, legumes, alfalfa, and exportable Timothy hay.I have a B.S in Plant Science; Crop Management, and Production from Washington State University with honors and a GPA of 3.55/4.0, and an A.S in Associates in Science with transfer option from Yakima Valley Community College with a GPA of 3.45/ 4.0.
