I am currently a senior at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, graduating with my BFA in May, 2020. I am majoring in Communication Design, concentrating in Advertising, but I am also interested in Graphic Design and Interactive Design.This past summer, my internship at Digitas Health gave me experience in communicating with clients and collaborating with interns to pitch a 12 month strategy campaign to the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America. I led the team’s creative strategy in a 4 wave campaign to raise funds for “Swim for MS”, along with designing new marketing materials and social media tools. During the school year I am an active member on campus, participating and leading multiple clubs. I lead my ultimate frisbee college team as captain and treasurer for 2 years, in charge of our budget and managing hotels, tournaments and team travel. Another responsibility was running semiweekly practices, teaching the foundations of ultimate frisbee. As the Art Director of Essence Literary and Fine Arts Magazine, my main responsibility is curating literary and art submissions to best exemplify the work of Kutztown University students. Through these experiences, I have learned the importance of leadership and teamwork to achieve mutual goals.I believe passion is a major component to great design and designers. With my versatile skills and hard working attitude, I strive to bring that passion to my work. My past positions and experiences demonstrate my drive to collaborate, create, and lead in my design work.
