I currently work at Mark Bates Ltd within telesales department. This requires calling customers regarding current insurance policies or setting up new policies for Mobility equipment. Previously I was working within the Motor Trade for Marshall Grantham Volvo and thoroughly enjoyed my role here as a Sales Executive. I enjoyed the fast pace of the job as well as meeting new people all throughout the day and never knowing what could happen. Selling used and new vehicles as well as being there to assist as part of the after-sales care for the customers. You are always on the go which included offsite work such as taking/collecting vehicles from the bodyshop or garages for MOT and Service work as well as being involved and working closely with our own Service Team onsite. The role also included delivering vehicles to customers, keeping the site tidy and ensuring all customers have a great experience. Prior to working at Volvo, I was working at Payplan as a Debt Advisor within the Scottish department. I also process client applications for DAS solution and submit on their behalf. I worked within this role for 5 years. I have a lot of experience dealing with customer service as prior to this employment I worked as a Barista at Costa Coffee for 4 years whilst also completing a 2 year college course in Level 2 Hairdressing. I am always interested in learning new skills and progress further.
