Laine Siklos has held senior operational and advisory executive roles with a focus on establishing and building global businesses across a range of dynamic industries. She is the former Chief-of-Staff to the CEO of LionTree, a New York-based Investment bank focused on technology, media and telecom. As part of LionTree’s management committee during its early years, she helped build and grow the business significantly, with oversight of a range of functions including business planning, operations, real estate/international expansion, client development, brand positioning, external relations, human resources, corporate philanthropy, sponsorship and events.In a consulting capacity, she was the first head of marketing and created the brand identity and initial advertising strategies for Burford Capital, a pioneer and industry leader in litigation finance. Ms. Siklos has also served as a consultant to Sotheby’s, to improve client engagement, loyalty, CRM and events.Previously, Laine worked at Warner Bros. as VP of Digital Marketing and Global Product Management where she managed a $525 million P&L for movie distribution in 50+ international markets. She created launch strategies for original short-form, digital content, establishing new distribution partners for burgeoning digital products including online series and game apps. From 2000 to 2007, Laine held increasingly senior publishing, marketing and business development positions at publishing and media companies including XO Group, TIME, and Hearst International. Early in her career she worked with founder Harold Burson at communications firm Burson-Marsteller on high-profile corporate and foreign government (France, Ghana, Mexico, Turkey) clients.Laine served for several years as a board member of the Lighthouse for the Blind (now Lighthouse Guild) in NYC. She is a Gala Committee Member at UNICEF, the American Ballet Theatre, the Royal Academy of Arts and the Viennese Opera Ball, as well as a Patron and Co-Chair of the Budapest Festival Orchestra. She has served as an advisor to Lincoln Centers’ International Council and held Committee Member positions at the Los Angeles County of Modern Art, the Museum of Modern Art, Park Avenue Armory and the Central Park Conservancy. Ms. Siklos holds an MBA from New York University and a BA in International Communications from George Washington University. She is currently pursuing a second Master’s Degree at the Sotheby’s Institute of Art with Claremont Graduate University. She is a member of The Chief of Staff Association and the women's-focused Chief.
