I was responsible for developing common corporate processes and implementing ERP systems in twelve companies (basic company template + roll outs).

I established a new Microsoft ERP team in Tampere, specializing in Microsoft ERP consultancy. In 2005, I began my role as the Business Unit Manager overseeing the entire Microsoft ERP business. I continued to work with customers in a solution architect, principal consultant and presales role.

The starting point of my consultancy career was in Microsoft Business Applications and ERP, with the aim of empowering our customers to expand their businesses and deliver exceptional value to their own customers. Team leadership and responsibility for leading customer projects has provided me with a broader perspective on ensuring successful implementations.
