I am currently leading a team of digital marketers for large portfolio of clients across a range of industries.My role involves client management, team leadership and digital marketing strategy to produce a positive ROI for my clients. I lead my team in producing quality social media content for my clients to build brand awareness and generate new business.I am the head media buyer, leading the set up, creation and graphic design for Facebook marketing campaigns. I have expert skills in running Facebook conversion campaigns, lead generation campaigns and ManyChat automation nurtures for companies that result in high ROAS. I lead the creation, design and implementation of digital marketing funnels from ads, to landing pages and email nurture sequences that captures clients at each stage of their customer journey.Moreover, I am a team leader of aspiring digital markers - training, inspiring and continuously learning from their work.

As Local Area Marketing Manager at Australian skin clinics I manage all local area marketing campaigns from print to digital for 51 franchised clinics around Australia. I was responsible for executing national level campaigns which has involved me working and negotiating with key stakeholders and shopping centre management teams. Working in a franchise model I understand what it means to manage and work with a number of different business owners that have different needs and wants whilst maintaining strong brand consistency. I am confident in my ability to work in a fast pace environment and execute deliverables with short turnaround times. The medi-aesthetic industry is a very competitive market to operate in and I have found huge success in my campaign management that has separated Australian Skin Clinics from their competitors. I have strong experience in working with shopping centre management teams in negotiating the best advertising packages that supports both local and national level strategies. I ran a number of digital marketing campaigns that included the design, delivery, execution and reporting of national SMS blasts, eDM’s and digital advertising. I contributed immensely in the positioning of Australian Skin Clinics as a market leader. I provided the support and care that my franchisees needed in running their local business and distilled a sense of trust in them that they rely on me for the growth of their businesses.

Currently, I am studying a full-time double undergraduate degree at Bond University in business/social science, majoring in marketing, psychology and behavioral management. I am working at Nespresso in Robina part time and am heavily involed in the Bond university culture
