Responsible for the development and delivery of strategy, processes and operations for HSBC Canada Sevens and HSBC Canada Women's Sevens. Achieved The Tournament Award (2018) and runner-up (2017), recognizing Canada Sevens as the top performing tournament on the World Rugby Sevens Series. Led by creating and implementing systems to monitor key performance indicators, consistently outperforming World Rugby targets in operations, player satisfaction and client satisfaction- Organized and operational. Forecast and management of +$14m operating budget, while executing strategies and relationships with business partners, suppliers, and governments including venue operations, ground/air transportation, volunteers, team services for 28 international squads, ticketing, hospitality, accreditation, broadcast logistics, and community legacy. - Dynamic, personable leadership. Strong record of hiring, training, motivating and successfully managing small to large project teams, including monitoring work efforts and performance, fostering growth, conducting formal evaluations and contract negotiations.
