• Working closely with the Creative Director to develop and implement a Marketing and Communications Strategy for the organisation, to grow audience engagement, support income generation and promote the festival• Drafting marketing materials including copywriting e-newsletters, press releases, delivery of print, distribution, copy for flyers and posters, social media posts, Instagram Reels and stories• Delivering timely social media communications across all channels in line with overall Festival communications strategy• High level of competency using Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Canva, Mailchimp and Hootsuite• Ensure consistency of message, language and brand identity • Maintaining the Festival’s Volunteer database and liaising with Festival volunteers • Festival advocate encouraging donations, sponsorships and e-newsletter subscriptions• CMS and website management; Uploading news, events information and images to main website• Uploading events information to Ticketsource • Liaise with photography and videography freelancers for exhibitions, events and trading activity.• Work on a PR plan to maximise targeted news and features coverage, in print, broadcast and online• Liaising with local news, collating and providing information and images for press releases,• Negotiate and co-ordinate media partnerships• Delivering Festival evaluation – working with the Creative Director to draft online and paper surveys; organising printing of paper surveys; devising simple, creative ways of capturing feedback at free open events; entering and analysing data post event.

Event coordination, organisation and marketing on a voluntary basis.I support CMEdi's social media content creation and strategy throughout the month.• Digital Marketing and Communications aimed at creatives, students and professionals• Engaging content creation across social media platforms - Facebook, Twitter and Instagram• Schedule posts through Hootsuite effectively• E-newsletter copywriting and use of Mailchimp scheduling • Event organisation, set up and support• Liaise with venue contacts and event sponsors

I had the pleasure of organising an exhibition for Art in Healthcare to celebrate their 30th anniversary in partnership with Macrobert Art Centre and the University of Stirling’s Art collection. I was the first point of contact for the exhibition and was heavily involved with the exhibition’s organisation, interpretation, logistics and marketing efforts across their social media platforms. I worked to tight deadlines within a small team and liaising across companies to make the exhibition a success and create awareness. I also worked with Macrobert to organise the opening reception night, including producing the invite design, overseeing mailing lists and collating responses.

Invigilated gallery spaces and engaged with public. Helped with receptions, opening nights and events.Art handling trained, exhibition de-rig and install.
