As a clinical pharmacist at Tria Health, I provide medication therapy management services to patients with chronic conditions, optimizing their drug regimens and outcomes. I collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use. I also educate patients and caregivers on their medications, disease states, and lifestyle modifications. With over 3 years of work experience in pharmacy, I have developed strong skills in clinical pharmacy, clinical pharmacology, and pharmacy practice. I completed my PharmD degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where I received multiple awards for my academic and professional achievements. I also completed a PGY-1 community pharmacy residency at Balls Foods, where I gained valuable experience in patient care, immunization, health screening, and wellness programs.
