I've ALWAY been a fan of studying and learning new skills, in fact, some of my friends even started calling me the "Knowledge Monster" because of my insatiable need to study. But it goes beyond studying. When I read about a new idea or topic I then have the overwhelming need to see how I can use this new skill and LOVE exploring how to apply ideas I have picked up. It's one of the things that attracted me to running my own business, it allows me to tailor our offerings and explore new areas for business growth and really put my learnings to work.There was never really a choice on whether I would run my own business one day, it was really a matter of when. I am drawn to the unknown potential. Well my “when” came when I was eight months pregnant with my son, Andre. Something inside me clicked and I knew that I needed to do this. I wanted to create the flexibility with my work to be there when he needed me. Now the mother of two beautiful children, my goal is still the same. I love this industry and I love the freedom running my own business has given me.As Chief Operating Officer of SeeMe Media, my passion lies in supporting business owners, particularly New Zealand business owners. I love the challenge of delivering results across so many different industries, each business is different and so needs a different approach to their marketing.
