Promoted to Director with a focus on partner engagement, founder recruiting, and founder communications

Promoted to Program Manager to continue supporting the FI Seattle accelerator.- Work closely with director team, enrolled founders, and FI Headquarters group. - Help plan, promote, and run online recruiting events, including pitch competitions, as well as weekly program sessions. - Serve as primary point of contact for all enrolled founders in the program, escalating certain questions when needed to director and HQ teams. - Manage mentor engagement and train on use of tools. - Coach and mentor enrolled founders and founding teams on program mechanics, pitch decks, and tips for being successful in the program. - Administer cohort Slack workspace and co-run Zoom sessions. - Edit and publish video recordings from sessions.

Initially joined FI Seattle as the program was migrating from in-person sessions to virtual ones. Collaborated with director team to run program sessions and recruiting events, and support founders on their journey through the program.
