As the manager of the services team at Microage, I am responsible for managing the technical team and overseeing the maintenance and management of over 1500 devices in a corporate environment. My daily tasks include interfacing with clients to assure a stable computer environment, working with Network Engineers to develop new processes and investigate new technologies and networking with various vendors to resolve issues and create strong business partner relationships.
