Since I was a child I'm a curious person, always on the move, looking for opportunities to learn and achieve new things (my first computer suffered a lot with that little tech enthusiast!). When I grew up, these traits didn't abandon me, but they made me a woman who loves to make a difference, work with people, and face new challenges alone and with others as well.For this reason, during my undergraduate degree in Psychology, I became a member and later leader of a Junior Enterprise, where I was able to discover the agile, cooperative and dynamic world of people and human resources management and, later, the startup environment, achieving a new step and maturity in my career.Nowadays I'm still curious and full of energy, but also empathetic, a person able to actively listen to someone and work together to find the best problem solution, looking forward and wanting more, but focusing on the process and understanding that a good result comes from the learning that it brings to.If you want to know more about me, send me a message here or email me at laispqueiroz3@gmail.com! :)
