- Leadership of the team (4 people) of the Environmental and Sustainability area, expansion project management (CAPEX and OPEX) of environmental and regulatory area;- Responsible for the environmental and regulatory pilar of multiple sites;- Ensure the compliance of environmental conditions as well as technical and institutional alignments through regulatory organizations (municipal, state and federal);- Prepare and revise answers for Technical Opinion, Notifications and Official Letters;- Conduction of environmental certifications and auditing, hosting internal and external (clients, suppliers and regulatory institutions) auditing;- Techical assistence (legal requirements) to different areas of the company such as security, legal, operations and communications;- Implementation of process and programs linked to sustainability targeting better company's positioning in the subject. - ESG assessment and Life Cycle Analysis (LFA);- Conduction of environment licensing and environment deactivations on municipal, state and federal level;- Elaborations of trainning events on Sustainability and Environment subject for internal and external audience;- Environmental management of indicatores of the company's sites, greenhouse inventory, potentially polluting activites report (IBAMA), waste disposal management, effluent treatment and atmospheric emissions;- Criation and management of sustainable indicators using PowerBI - Coordination, planning and execution of projects for solid waste management;- Relationship with regulatory organizations and class associations to assist in the adherence of operations with Public Policies and NRs, representative in institutions such as CEBDS- Lead internal auditor ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015

- Impact analyses of new environment indicators- Colaboractive atuation with the manufacturing team in initiatives for reduction solid waste disposal;- Conduction environment campaigns;
