With a holistic view of the company, I contribute as a Project Manager with financial expertise, organisation skills, technical knowledge and ability to set schedules and drive team performance. I work in different projects in collaboration with Finance, Operations, IT, HR and Digital for initiatives that involve ERP systems, new legal entities, expansion of business and new processes/routines.

As a Finance manager, my role is to support the Finance team for the distribution group based in Europe and Asia. Main tasks involve: (a) Aligning and driving financial processes together with Finance USA and Finance Sweden, responding directly to the CFO; (b) Compile the necessary data in preparation of weekly, monthly and annual reports. (c) Assisting with daily tasks related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Accounting departments, at both the wholesale and retail companies. (d) Being in contact to external accounting agencies in the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Hong Kong. (e) Working in collaboration with IT department for the ERP system projects.
