Administrative Assistant
Current- Perform data entry of invoices, verify and process invoices for payments, and perform cheque runs
- Reconcile vendor accounts, update records or investigate and respond to vendor inquiries
- Process bank, credit card and GL reconciliations, and assist with month and annual-end procedures
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual remittances and monthly results reporting
- Support team by performing additional requested tasks and or projects
- Assist with general office duties
