CurrentCommunication• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with various individuals, other government agencies, the community, and elected officials.• Utilize a collaborative person-centered planning approach to assists individuals with identifying and accessing needed services and supports essential for living successfully in the community i.e., SNAPET, SRAP. • Exceptional listening skills, to understand what clients need and develop a plan that will work for them, along with cultural competence to understand and value client's unique perspectives. • Develop processes to ensure timely completion of interdepartmental projects, which included establishing activity sequences, duration estimates, and schedule development; while reporting accuracy, consumer service trends, and cost evaluation.• Ensure proper adherence to transmittals and regulations while recommending revisions that improve quality of service, efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with governing regulatory requirements. • Increased employee motivation and subsequent work prowess by becoming a representative on the Community Services Board (CSB) climate assessment committee. Market Research• Analyze data to determine client progress and makes necessary changes to the individual’ service plan. • Manage annual budget together with the financial plans and benefits for persons eligible to receive a Medicaid-funded Waiver. • Deliver exceptional customer support in high-volume human service industry.
