I was analog in person remote mission support (RMST) in the California desert (Crew 2001); - Documented new protocols for lunar settlements and participated in a hackathon to solve problems in these habitats.- Responsible for administration and level 1 training of the analog astronaut course, managing the StrataOcean project, carrying out lunar Hackathons, realizing remote EVA, publicizing the company and optimizing the next missions online.- Applied and studied Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) in similar missions, skills for public presentations, video editing and trends on Capcut, organization and communication through Slack and Discord tools.- Main results: - Managed 15 people on the StrataOcean project and submitted it to the XPRIZE Award for carbon removal from the oceans; - Taught the analog astronaut course remotely to more than 60 people; - Assisted in the creation of an online platform for future similar missions using VR and AR; - I did remote mission support (RMST) in a person mission in the California desert (Crew 2001); - Documented new protocols for lunar settlements and participated in a hackathon to solve problems in these habitats.

- I worked at the beginning of the team in December 2014 as a member of the design group, interpreting and creating the team's aerodesign CADs.- Also, I was a leader and Administrative member (2014-2019) taking care of bureaucratic procedures and documents for the acquisition of transport, material, sponsorship, and financial legalization with the Foundation for Scientific and Technological Enterprises (acronym in Portuguese FINATEC).- I was vice-captain (1 year - 2016) and captain (1 year - 2017), working directly in people management and selection processes, increasing the number of members by more than 3 times in just 1 year (from 10 members to 38 members), and guaranteeing the team's direct classification for the following year's SAE Brasil competition.- I participated in all 5 years that I was on the team in preparing technical reports according to the guidelines proposed by the SAE Brasil competition, in addition to construction, focusing mainly on hot wire cutting, 3D printing, and manufacturing of composite materials.- Furthermore, I was an active member of load and aeroelasticity (2017/2018) and generated an article when designing and manufacturing a landing gear with shock absorber in a radio-controlled aerodesign.

- Responsible for mechanical and chemical tests, vacuum lamination, applications and reading with strain gauges, micrography, technical documentation, and assistance in the manufacture of test specimens.- Used ASTM, vacuum lamination with temperature control, surface chemical treatment, nitrogen for temperature regulation of experiments, strain gages, EPI.- Main results: - Performed mechanical and micrographic tests for private and military companies in the aeronautical sector; - In 7 months of work, focused on tests aimed at designing the ILX-34 wing boxes (aircraft developed by the institute), allowing for faster completion and certification.

- Responsible for carrying out theoretical research evaluating failure methods in advanced materials such as self-healing materials (SHM) made mainly of polymers and composites.- Used advanced search methods in research, Mendeley, access to a database of articles and papers from scientific newspapers and magazines.- Main results: - Brief discussion of the use of ceramic materials and metals in SHM, and the applicability of composites and polymers in these materials in the aerospace sector; - Presentation of an accessible methodology that can be adapted and used in the manufacture of SHM of composites and polymers; - Theoretical evaluation of advantages, disadvantages in the useful life and applications of self-healing materials.

- Responsible for the extraction and chemical characterization of hemicellulose from corn and cashew bagasse fibers.- I used EXCEL to process thermal test data, performed Thermogravimetry (TGA) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) tests, extracted hemicellulose in an alkaline medium (10% aqueous solution (m/v) of potassium hydroxide (KOH) for 3h at room temperature and constant stirring).- Main results: - Analysis of hemicellulose components and yield, and analysis of natural fibers and post-chemical processing fibers in thermogravimetry and spectrometry; - Low yield of hemicellulose, with a smaller amount from corn bagasse; - Cashew bagasse obtained a higher yield of hemicellulose, but its hemicellulose was accompanied by cellulose and other components.

- Co-founder of the first junior aerospace engineering company, Marketing Member and Project Manager: Aeromodelling.- Responsible for promoting the brand, obtaining recognition from academia and business in order to encourage scientific and technological knowledge within the company, training all its employees, standardizing the visual identity, creating and managing an aerodesign product for commerce.- Used SCRUM to manage the aeromodelling project and the marketing team, Trello for prioritizing and distributing activities, Photoshop and Canva for image editing and visual standardization and manufacturing techniques for product projects.- Main results: - Standardization of visual identity (colors, logo, portfolio, posts, documentation) creating a good brand; - Control and consistency of social media (Website, Instagram and Facebook), in order to promote the company and close partnerships; - Increase the portfolio of products and services for the company, such as: manufacturing telescope mirrors, advice on technical drawings and engineering solutions. - Implementation of the Escola Espacial social project (partnership with AEB) to disseminate space culture in the community, which reached more than 100 young people within a short time of opening the company. - Providing internal courses to train members in management, marketing, sales strategies, PDCA and business.
